It’s time to get organized and turn an enjoyable pastime into an addictive chore.
I am doing away with the calendar excel spreadsheet thing, mainly because I am lazy and didn’t want to start a new month for October.
There are 70 football games on between Thursday and Monday. I am actually going to watch college football this weekend and there are some match ups between upper echelon schools. Friday night has a top 10 PAC 12 game (#7 Stanford @ #10 Washington) which will be the first PAC 12 game I will watch in its entirety this year.
On Saturday #8 Wisconsin will continue along its brutal stretch of games with #4 Michigan. The Tennessee/Georgia game will have major consequences in the SEC and the #3 Louisville match up against #5 Clemson will be on in the background while I watch UFC Fight Night 96. Lamar Jackson has proven that he is dominate, but if he has just a decent game against the NFL draft filling Clemson defense, he will control the sports media landscape. The last time I thought he was going to be humbled he led Louisville to a 63 – 20 victory over the #2 school in the country.
I will probably be jacked up after the UFC card and will check out some of the Hawaii/Nevada game and let the Mountain West match up sing me to sleep.
Lots of great football, here are the games:
