It’s time to get organized and turn an enjoyable pastime into an addictive chore.

The months of September through February are the busiest of the sports year. Thursday through Monday is loaded with College Football and NFL games every week through the end of January and starting on Halloween, the NBA enters the fray. Scattering in the MMA cards, I am going to have to shrink these viewing schedules down to a weekly format.

I like the Thursday to Wednesday plan as the games and events are normally on the weekends. The NFL week starts on the widely hated Thursday night game and ends with the Monday night game. College Football also starts on Thursday nights and when the ESPN MAC games start up, the College Football games will start on Tuesdays. Also when it comes to College Football games, there are like 25 games on every Saturday, so if the game that I planned on watching turns into a dud, I will definitely switch over to a better game. Below are the events that I plan on watching this week:

The Saturday morning game between Georgia Tech and Boston College starts at 7:30am because it is being played in Dublin. UFC Fight Night 93 starts at 11:45am because it is being held in Germany. I like these European locations since they air in the early morning here in the states on eastern standard time.

Below is a complete list of every game in the first week of the College Football season. I stole the information from sbnation.com and the pictures from foxsports.com. There are 87 games in week one including the game played last week in Australia.
